Our course is designed to take you from stovetop brewing to partial mash and beyond, so you can brew beer that meets your taste preferences and style.

We will start with the basics of beer brewing, covering the four main ingredients that make up every beer: water, malt, hops, and yeast. You will learn how to choose the right ingredients and how to prepare them for brewing. We will also cover the essential equipment needed for beer brewing and the different types of brewing methods.

Our course will start with one-gallon batches of beer brewed with minimal equipment methods simply on your kitchen stove. We will guide you through the process of preparing and sanitizing your equipment, mashing and boiling the ingredients, and fermenting the beer. You will learn about the different types of beer styles and how to adjust your recipe to create your desired flavor profile.

As you progress through the course, you will learn how to brew larger batches of beer, up to 10 gallons, with at-home all-inclusive brew systems. You will also learn how to incorporate more complex brewing techniques, such as partial mash brewing, into your brewing process to create even more nuanced and flavorful beers.

Our instructors are experienced home-brewers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise with you. They will be available to answer your questions and provide feedback on your brewing process, so you can make the most of your home-brewing experience.

We should warn you, though, that home-brewing can be highly addictive! Once you catch the brew bug, you may find yourself constantly experimenting with new recipes and brewing techniques. But don't worry - we'll be there to guide you every step of the way. By the end of this course, you will be a seasoned home-brewer, making all your beer dreams come true.
