We believe in promoting diversity and inclusion with a dedication to featuring businesses owned by minorities and majorities alike, creating connections that last far beyond the event through fun and engaging experiences.

At Bitches n Brews, we're selecting vendors who share our commitment to diversity and inclusivity. While we won't cancel anyone, we're specifically looking for vendors who embrace diversity, are open to learning, and contribute to building a more inclusive community. Our team will review applications and send out welcome packets with festival participation details along with payment information. |

Standard Indoor Booth 6’ table (provided): $200 Note: Vendors are responsible for their own signage, tents, and extra chairs. One 6 foot long table and 2 chairs provided by Bitches n Brews per booth. Standard Outdoor Booth 10’ x 10’ space: $300 Note: Vendors are responsible for their own signage, tents, extra tables, and extra chairs. To maintain the festival's positive atmosphere, we do not permit items with political messages or anything considered objectionable or offensive. Let's work together to keep BDIF a happy place for all! |
| Rain or Shine! |
BDIF is an all-weather event. In case of rain, we recommend vendors come prepared with plastic sheeting for their tents. |
